Al, some of the homes have been remodeled through time but most are original. (and thanks)

Yes, I'm sure he was but still...if those walls could talk, what stories they could tell. Mr. Bell told me that there were two more "shotgun" houses behind that one towards Danny's, another one on the south-side of this house and another "shotgun" house on the other-side of the ditch. No doubt you knew that already but for a "newbie" like me, I'm amazed how much has changed from the photos I'm seeing. Very sad...
Steve...are the houses the "actual, original" homes? Just curious. By the way, liked your interview.

Thanks for sharing, I heard that there was going to be a practice burn today but I didn't know where. Thanks for sharing these with us. (Hate to see 'em go but ..........looks like it was past help. I know the whole roof was gone on the back of that one.) I bet Danny was glad to see that one go.
