Married at homeplate July 13 1940

JD Queen and Fleta Ballard were married at the Lincolnton baseball field July 13, 1940.
The Queens moved to High Shoals in 1950 and lived on the cornor of Lincoln St and School St.
Fleta died April 1985 at their home.
JD moved to Lafayette LA in 1997 to live with his oldest son Jerry and his wife Rose Mary. He passed away in 1999
