(From the "Town Crier" Dec. 22, 1949)Children on the float were: Judy Ray, Trudy Law, Jimmy Mathis, Darlene Keever, Eugene Robinson, Judy Shelton Harry Whitner, Marlyn Lindsey, and Roger Rice. Their costumes were made by Wilma Long, Inez Armstrong, Mary Nell Kay and Jo Mason.
