Great to hear from you. Didn't know my Uncle GW was that daring...jumping off the the top of the river bridge! My dad was Hub (Ausby actually)...the one who married the Northerner!
My dad was also the brother who looked the most like my Grampa Smith. I have fond memories of High Shoals as we tried to visit every summer (and also Kannapolis where Rosalie and Bill moved) when I was a child, so Dad could visit all the relatives. We usually stayed with Uncle James, Aunt Polly, Scotty and Janet.
David, are you trying to load pictures from your computer? That's the only way that I have done it. If you continue to have problems let me know and I'll call you and try and get it straightened out. I hate you are having problems with it.
