Horseback pics were probably at "big house" on hill - Don't know about the surry... These pictures are part of Mary Huss's collection. She had relatives in High Shoals many years ago but her family moved away during her early years. I believe Mr. Abel Quincy Kale was her grandfather but I'll have to check to be sure.

Any idea where these were take. I haven't seen anything about Mr. Kale. Any more information about the pictures and where they came from? Thanks for sharing!
