The auditorium of the High Shoals School was filled to capacity and overflowing into the hallways and classrooms on Sunday afternoon, December 21st when Carolinian employees and their children met for the annual Children's Christmas Party.

At 4:00P.M. the colored employees and their children assembled at the cloth room warehouse for distribution of identical bags.
Everyone seemed to get a thrill out of the parties and ole Santas visits and we are sure the parties will be remembered by all in attendance for a long time.
