Eliza Fairchild Kale - A Q's first wife - died 1910 at age 36

This picture has already been posted; however, this one is from Ruby Kale's copy of the book. Her handwritten note in the margin reads, "Dad's first wife the one who adopted me." A Q and Eliza adopted Ruby.

Comment by Richard Smith on May 31, 2010 at 10:30pm: Eliza died in 1910 and A Q married Kate Burgin in 1912, I think... As for Ruby's status, I don't know. Oddly enough, in Eliza's obituary Feb 4, 1910 in th Gastonia Gazette, Ruby is NOT mentioned. I'll have to work on that.
